impossible to heirloom bows?

I have 31 lvl and I can heirloom every item but bows don't show . WTF?

you must be able to weild equipement you want to heirloom, do you have requiret PD for that bow you want to heirloom ?

In order to heirloom something, you must meet item's requirements. Do you have enough powerdraw?

On the plus side, with heirloom trading in the (distant?) future, you could possibly plan out a trade agreement with someone you trust now.
