I judged from the given facts, that the Problem could EITHER be his Processor OR his RAM, and I judged this by having 6 gigs and a 965 BE myself.

Normally, 4 should be enough, but I can´t know if he has a lot of shit running in the background, in which case 4 gigs actually ISN´T enough.So stop fucking with me now.
