Combat problem

Hello
So i play cRPG and i get owned most the time, no mather what i do other guys swing their wepons quicker than me and after the first one they hit me more until i die. And so on...

Tried duels but it's the same mostly.

You probably have on of the following problems:

- You are low level, if below lvl 15 you can't expect to compete in proper 1 vs 1 combat. It gradually gets better, most are lvl 30
- You have a very high ping, your timing is way off because of your ping.
- You suck, this is one of the hardest games the learn out there, even harder to master.

Thought the low level problem covered that. Or you mean like putting your wpf points in the wrong weapon class? Didn't think people would be stupid enough to do that.

Also, learn to manual block (you know, block with rightmouse in one of the 4 direction). Or reroll a shielder.

When requesting help, consider including the exact build you are using, the weapons you are using and how long you've been playing.

And instead of 'trying duels', try getting some help on the duel server instead: Make friends. Join a clan. Join their teamspeak. Ask for lessons.

every attack vector has different speeds & reach bonuses.  Generally the extra reach swings are also the slowest

1h
Overhead = +0
Left-to-right = +0
Right-to-left = +19
Thrust = +61

2h
Overhead = +15
Left-to-right = +17
Right-to-left = +13
Thrust = +80 *not accurate anymore with the new animation*

2h Polearms
Overhead = -15
Left-to-right = -7
Right-to-left = -2
Thrust = +19

1h Polearms
Thrust = +50
