This guy mostly just came to the same spot to spam more smoke gernades and when you try to approach and kill him, there's a short lag spike where your character shows at your current location and then a different one.

What?  For all I know he got stuck in a bunch of siege ladders on a map according to that screenshot.  Also using smokebombs isn't bannable..

Your kidding right, he through smoke bombs continuously of each round so he can grief about how he's almost impossible to hit. He went there multiple times as there witnesses to to back me up. Why do you think he's there with multiple smokebombs in the first place if his team is elsewhere. He is leeching.

Some characters called "ninjas" base their entire playstyle around smoke bomb spam, to distract and disorient the enemy.  Unless you have some evidence of him actually leeching or griefing, I don't see a problem here.

Nothing against you Smooth, but perhaps you should let another admin do this. Just so he can't say "Conflict of Interest".

Smoothrich has banned more goons and kicked them from the servers than most other admins, if you play the server Smooth is one of the most even handed admins there is.

I am really not seeing anything wrong here, just a guy standing in a bunch of ladders that anyone could have placed. No proof he put them there/was leeching (although the screenshot does imply he isnt being very useful just standing in the ladders)/exploiting in any manner. I am going to leave this open for one more day, if you can actually post screenshots of this (showing his name), doing the things you claimed then that would help the case. If not then I am gonna have to lock this up. Feel free to make another topic later on if you catch him doing it again.
