Considering that chadz took it in the first place and never returned Gawin's original stuff, I very much doubt that he will be getting it back regardless of how he words it.

When Rohypnol and others were scammed, Meow informed everyone that it would likely take too much time to trace every transaction, so don't count on getting items back. With statements like this, I don't see how any kind of wording will speed thing along to be perfectly honest.

I would love to see Gawin get his stuff back, but the track record for this is bleak.

Devs take stuff way too personal imho. That is good and bad thing at the same time. Good cause it shows that they care about us, people who play their mod and bad, cause they make mistakes cause they get emotional and stuff.

So it's better not to piss them off.

Exactly -- It's chadz's mod, all the items, everything, in it belongs to him. He owes Gawin nothing. Therefore it would've served the aforementioned person better to ask nicely.
