Some questions about my Ban

I just realised that I was banned from all serves (at least from all EU). This is the first time I'm getting banned. So I have some questions:
1. I did not team kill or violate any rules about any exploits. I only leeched twice in a row (for personal reasons) and I thought I got kicked out from the server. I think this is quite common as I see many people leeching around, so I think banning from all servers was a harsh punishment.
2. I could not see if I'm banned for good or the duration of the banning. It would be nice if there was a message somewhere stating the reason and the duration of the ban.
3. Can someone unban me?

Banned by RandomDude for leeching. Unban is scheduled for tomorrow evening, although he might reduce it if you make a good appeal.

So I'm making a good appeal: "Please remove this unjustified ban". 2 days for leeching once, come on...
