Only dubstep I can listen to is by Daikon, rest are just as tacky as any techno track.
How about chill wave or shoegaze? For example, blackbird blackbird, Crystal Castles, The xx or Washed Out, Toro y moi, Neon Indian etc etc.
And even groups like Miike Snow are pretty decent, especially their songs Burial and Animal. Worth checking out!
