No you're not lol, what's with the attitude. If anything you have to slave through 2 weeks of trial and pray you mend fences with anyone you've pissed off so far. 1 no vote on your trial = kick, so the first thing I'd recommend you to do is talk with okiN ;).

We carefully select everyone in the Nords, only those in the beginning during the merge were allowed in without "scrutiny" and since you never truly joined (shame on you for being slack back then :P) you have to go through the trial period.
