Who are the Nordmen?
This clan was born from a merger of the Varangians and the Sea Raiders, preserving the Nordic themes they both shared.

The Nordmen are an English-speaking EU clan and that uses the Nord_ tag. This is our banner:

Can I join?
Applicants are subject to a trial period of roughly one month, ending in a vote, to see how well they fit in. Usage of IRC and TeamSpeak is expected during and after the trial so that we can get to know you. To make an application simply post one in our recruitment forum with any details you feel might be relevant. During the trial no tags are worn, but recruits must use the Nordmen banner and play together with the clan.

After a successful trial, members are required to wear the Nordmen banner and tag and check the clan forums regularly to keep up with events. It's also recommended to participate actively in our Strategus faction, attend weekly trainings whenever possible and use TeamSpeak while playing.

Please note that we normally only accept players 18 years or older. We may make an exception if we have some particularly good reason.

If you wish to contact us for diplomacy in Strategus, send a private message to okiN and/or Cooties either here or on the cRPG forum. You can also pop in on our TeamSpeak server or join the #nordmen @ QuakeNet IRC channel in order to reach us. However, TeamSpeak access is limited for new visitors.
