small fun idea: add barbarian-style "bearskin-armour" or something similiar which dont have a normal "armour" value but simply add a few hitpoints.

whats the point? they would have a different function than normal armour, compared to normal armour less vulnerable against blunt or pierce but less protection overall.

not necessary at all, but I would like it and would be a way to implement attractive low to med-tier armour.

Will not fly, devs have already said that armors that show skin will, at the moment, not work as there is no way to dynamically change it to your characters skin tone.
