Give us respec of looms,

Respecing looms would make rich people even more richer and its totaly stupid thing to do, but

I CARE ABOUT THAT AS MUCH AS YOU CARE ABOUT OPINIONS OF PLAYERS AND GAME BALANCE.

So you care a lot then?
I'm not normal and I don't pretend so, my approach is pretty much a bomb crescendo.
Death is a fun way to pass the time though, several little bullets moving in staccato.
The terror of my reign will live on in infamy, singing when they die like a dead man's symphony.

tbh I  dont need a respec cause none of my items got changed at all.
nevertheless i do think that there always should be a respec after item requirements are changed
or items are nerfed/buffed massive.

Reason:
- if there will ever be the case that i got hit by the nerf i would love to have that too
- chadz forgot to disable market for some days after the patch. some people traded things they probably never wanted to have in such a state
and others (those who used them before) got rid of them very cheap.
So there is no point in saying that whoever used such items got hurt. often people looking for trades got hurt more.
(for example that poor guy that got 2 arabian horses +3 traded while he was sleeping and the game was patched)
- it doesnt hurt anyone

Couldn't he do a loom reset based on how many looms you own rather than your generation?

GTFO and play merc mod with that bum umbra :P

No seriously, loom respec is the most stupid thing they could do right now. Maybe they will do it, cause it seems they like to do make stupid changed whenever game feels balanced (yesterday, pre patch).

I really don't see how can he do that. Not even genius mathematician Urist can make something that awesome...

Lol ? If the DB is done right, doing that is just a few lines of code.

That was me, and I don't actually want a full respec of looms (or even stats), all I want is the ability to trade just one of them (hopefully for a +3 Heavy Lance). The rest I will sort out for myself.
However, I do think the Marketplace should have been disabled which would have prevented this.

A heirloom respec is out of the question since the marketplace was implemented.

People who get rich in the market place will always get rich anyway, with or without reset. The rest of the playerbase (95%) will be the ones suffering from that continuous "bullying", and specially when the new "wacko ideas" from the item dev team kick in.

Considering the sick amount of players who scammed the shit out of people on the market place

and people who lost looms thx to typos.

Plus the shitload of changes from patch i think this would be only good and healthy for the community.

i support this 100%

Also considering that its only the scammers who will get hurt by this and people who molested the no upkeep bug who have hoarded a ton of gold.

Base it on gens like last major patch loom reset.

I've never played a server where people split up as much or as often as on EU1.  No wonder range is having a field day.

Not true at all. I have never scammed a person, I even gave back an item that someone put out for a low price by mistake. I would never scam someone if I had the chance either.

I have earned ca 3 millions (including the money and everything I own) and I am gen 3. This would affect me a lot and I would lose most of my stuff. I got most of it by making small trades gaining ca 25-50k each trade and it took a lot of time and patience looking for these trades and knowing when to invenst in ceratin items.

I do not support this unless it is based on how many looms you have ATM.

Those that became (very) rich by using the marketplace are not scammers, most of them are honest traders. Scammers steal one or two heirloomed items then sell them super cheap because they are retards then are catched and banned...

I prefer no respec at all than a complete heirloom points = gen reset. Instead, the best IMO would be converting all the heirloomed objects that were changed with the patch into heirloomed points people can reassign.
