The player had been asking around for help both on the servers during the time I was on and on the Nditions teamspeak.
My eyes were open Tot, trust me, don't start spouting crap about "admins cba to do their jobs" because you broke the rules for a pathetic reason which as I already said, is completely unacceptable.
From what I saw, the cavalry player charged the enemy as Tot moved in to attack him, being new does not give immunity but it does give some benefit of the doubt since they don't know any better, you wouldn't put down a dog the moment it pee'd on the carpet as a puppy would you? It's the same principle, if you get banned as a new player, you'd likely think that was too harsh and leave the game for good.
Tot is not a new player and should know better as to not teamkill or wound other members of the communtiy regardless of whether or not an admin is present or is actively shouting "i'm an admin".
It wasn't even a revenge teamkill for crying out loud, you literally just jumped on him as he was stationary on his horse.
I was standing right next to you at the time of the incident, you should know better and that's the end of it.
EDIT: The player was not acting "like a jerk" and it was not an intentional bump. There are cases where you see cavalry running over allies by moving themselves into a position to do so, in this case, Tot and the cav just happened to move into each others paths and the outcome was obviously not in Tot's favour with regards to a "frag".
I request you stay out of threads like this under the pretence that you don't know what happened other than hearsay from people.
