I think it would be cool too add a first person cam for dead player...
So can newb range player take a look at the high skill "sharpshooters" aim

It's a server option. Thing is that I'd support locked view from players perspective + only your teammates to get rid of the clan TS cheaters. They ruin ninja fun.
