I think shields are armor and should not be allowed. Not sure how it got "voted in" by 2 players saying okay. Take shields out. Its against the spirit of it. Mike could weigh in, but Im betting that without ranged flying everywhere he wouldn't have been forced to break out a buckler on these occasions that Dex is using as an excuse to support shields when armor is otherwise forbidden.

Shields have been backed by admins and regular players since NMD inception.

There's no reason to stop shielders from doing what they do.

I'm a two hander, and I don't have a problem with it. Find your own way to beat them, instead of relying on the nerfing of a class to get a kill.

Nekkid Mike used a shield all the time. And you know, since he WAS Nekkid_Mike_RS, I believe I am more credible than you are to make the call on whether or not he used his buckler in different situations. We *do* hang out with him more than you do.
