pike exploit

some guy accused me of exploitin a pike, and i dont even know what it is... he said sth like turning beckward and then stabbing..
and if it so, is it that illegal?
and how is a proper way of using a pike?

they're talking about the lance hit boxes being off.  You can stab past someone and then move the spear back into them as it retracts and it still counts as a hit.  There was a pretty funny gif of it in someone's banner on the old forums.

You can hit people with an overhead who are behind you when you raise your weapon ready to strike - it's sometimes the cause of unexpected team damaging. How this is an "exploit" is beyond me since it would involve deliberately fighting blind.
