I don't have either as a +1 weapon, but both are pretty sought after looms.   In terms of value the heavy bastard sword is a higher tier, but if you're looking to use one of the weapons the longsword may be a better option simply because it's almost identical to the HBS but you'll probably be able to find it on the market a bit cheaper.
