Character does not exist?

Whenever i try to join my character page, it shows that character does not exist, bu i can play without a problem, with all my gear and all. What can be the problem?

No, you have it wrong. If he was banned for hacking, he'd be getting the message in-game after being automatically kicked off the server he tried to join.
