[BAN] sraka_the_Grey for knowingly using Long Spear / Pike on horseback

Let me start off by saying that I don't have a problem with the Greys, they are good players.
What I do have a problem with is players like sraka_the_Grey blatantly abusing a not-so-innocent exploit to gain an unfair advantage during the battle.

At the end of the round he tried to pass it off as a mistake but I find it very hard to believe one would accidentally a pike and horse and then proceed killing with it.
Not to mention it's not the first time I see a Grey use long spear / pike on horseback.

i was drunk and I didnt saw the upload pike
I was infantry and when i took a horse spear badly changed.
When i kill a person immediately threw the weapon.

I was on the servers when it happend, sraka wasn't even aware of what he is doing, didn't know that he had a long spear/pike, it's an item that he is usually using on foot so probably after the round he picked up a horse for next round and forgot to change spear to lance. It happened in one single round after someone noticed and warned him, as I said I doubt that he was aware of which item he's using, and the fact that he had hangover did the job too. Right after that he changed his secondary weapon to lance, I don't think that he deserves a ban.
