Due to very convincing responses from Tears, I'm starting to doubt my strong disbelief in this list. It kinda makes sense, somewhere very far away though, to bypass the limitations of the autobalance system by placing highly skilled players on a priority list for autobalance. My troll alarm is going mad though. Can I get a serious truthful response on the existence of such a list? (Like that's going to work)

Erm, server admins do have levels for different things and can access different stuff on the site:/
Just ask anyone who is admin.

EDIT: You can even find a small list posted somewhere in bug reports I think of what each level does to "open up" stuff.

in the balance formula if you are top scorer on your team, the chances of getting switched increases somehow. Do worse, and you'll stay on the same team.

Your general lvl and KD ratio might influence these things too though.

Does overall K/D affect the balancing? I always thought it didn't, but that would do the balancing some good. Cause level doesnt say all that much about the value of a player for his team.

And I would say k/d does influence balancing. When I do bad I rarely get switched. Furthermore, I went never higher than level 31, and sometimes (when I have ridiculous scores like 25-2) I'm switched back and forth each round of a map.

I mean total k/d of your character this gen. The one thats displayed on your char page.
