Repair Costs for Heirloomed Items

I was told that heirloomed items repair at the same cost as their unloomed counter parts... my powerful (2loomed) great long bardiche cost 959gold to repair assuming that the repair cost is still 5% of the item's value, it's value would be at 19,180gold compared to the buying price for an unloomed great long bardiche of 13,705gold.  Did the repair % cost go up? R loomed items supposed to cost more to repair? Or is there a bug?

No.
I've never played a server where people split up as much or as often as on EU1.  No wonder range is having a field day.

Repair cost is 7%, heirloomed items cost the same to repair as the normal version.

But are influencing the total equipment value showed on the web equip screen, just for trolling people trying to make estimations of their "break even" equipment set

The repair cost seems to be excessive. I am playing with the latest version, and since I could manage to save 23.000+ gold, now my gold is decreasing continuously,  while my equipment is not really expensive... after a few matches, I have only 20.000... and I am going on loosing money.

I'm not sure what the point in increased heirloom cost shown is even.

Heh, That's why, when you want an estimation, you go to the normal values and add them up via calculator.

Shown game value: 83,000(Half that is the horse)

Real value: 44,000(Half is the horse)

Otherwise, minus the horse I have 23k in equipment(good too).

20 k is nothing in crpg.

Also, upkeep costs are randomized a bit. Sometimes you lose a bit of money, sometimes you'll gain a bit. Don't worry about losing 3000 gold, because it really nothing in the big picture.

Try to build up a buffer of about 50 000 gold to account for any losses you might endure and you'll be fine. Once you're done buying equipment, you'll gain more money, especially if you retire.
