I tried to attack someone and this happened

i got this message when trying to attack a village.  Messed around for awhile and just took out my frustration on a player nearby, which allowed me to attack.

prob related to nighttime bug or something?

he had half the troops of the other guy in one scenario and 390 to 1146 in the other.  Both didnt go.

Its happening again.  We keep attacking a DRZ village and it says failure, cannot do it at thsi time.  Hes been outside a fief for an hour and well within range with more troops than the village and it won't go.  Can we PLEASE get some admin help on this.  Seems like a hack.

Can we get some staright talk from a developer??  It seems that DRZ villages and people cannot be attacked for half the day without error messages, amybe a bug with nighttime feature as they can attack you during these times, but you can't attack them, otherwise a lame hack.  Please explain.
