First of all I would like to say "Thanks you" the owners of the server for this wonderful server.Now to business:
Please read all text carefully.
There are no empty\not important\not confirmed words.
To make a correct decision you must have\know all information of this post, so be patience please and read all of it.
By mistake (in my opinion) "SirBetran" got admin rights on this server.
This person is known as a constant violator of server rules and admins rights abuser on others servers (not only TS).
For example on Russian TS server (I have a logs of all my examples about Russian TS, if it's needed to confirm my words to server owner).
On russian TS Sir_Bertran:
Using administrators rights he added to the groups persons who have not right to be in this groups.
In human language - he added membership of faction "RedFaction" (for example) to the players who are not in this faction.
And because of this those fake members have possibilities to be in RedFactions channels and no one suspect what
Someone else is with you, someone NOT of your faction.
Using administrators rights he moved spies (don't forget first example, it's hard to understand who is who when admin abusing their rights)
to the "closed channels" (password protected channels).
And those admin rights excess and abuses continued and on this server.
We have seen several times when he added server groups (membership of one or other faction) to the persons, who have not rights to have this membership,
added faction-pictures\icons to persons who are not in this faction etc.
But because of server logs settings I didn't open this problem before because I could not find a logs with evidences a long time. But without evidences it's pointlessly to open this problem.
Unfortunately here is no system logs on this server stored for a long time on the server and
all system logs exists and stored only on clients applications while visitor on-line.
So it is totally impossible to find a logs about anything what happens before you join TS.
Here is only 2 possibilities: or be on-line when smth happens, or ask other person who was on-line it this time.
But because almost all TS visitors have very small buffer for system log - so they can't find anything later than couple of hours (maximum, may be even minutes)
But now I have. As I wrote before here is a some troubles to found a logs, so I have only a small part of all. Only small part of logs (only 5 minutes). And a screenshot.
But even this small part and a picture are more than totally enough to understand and decide.
Some explanations for text log and picture:
there are only Pillagers members involved. Even if you see a STR or T faction tag - it's fake\stolen tag,
even if you see STR of T faction-icons - it's fake\stolen icons. There were no our members,
there were only Pillagers members.
But now try to forgеt my words and see on the text and pics.
What you'll see? Right - many STR and T members with bad nicknames.
And we even don't know WHAT they did from our faces (under our names).
And for that we must pay later that we did not do at all (what those bad persons did under our names)

Claim 1.Persons: Sir_Bertran, Silver, Kouton, DarkFox and many others unknown yet Pillagers members.
Reasons :
dirty, rough, offensive facts using others players name\nick in not acceptable form (right now I didn't ask about rights to take others persons nicks).
May be it can be named - harassment.
Nickname stealing.

Claim 2. Persons : Sir_Bertran
Reasons: unlawful\illegal assignment faction-icons to the person who have not rights to have it,
unlawful\illegal assignment factions\server_groups to the persons who have not rights to have it,
excess and abuse of TS administrators right, directed to harassment, offences behavior, spying etc.
Evidences:

Reasons: hiding behind another person (me) while doing dirty, unlawful, bad things.
As you can see all were done from my name. He did it not under the name Sir_Bertran - in this case he would make many bad things,
but in this case he at least allow us to find a guilty person. But he was hiding under my nickname. And all other TS visitors,
who have seen those strange, illegal and dirty things thinking what I did it. Not someone else, but I am.
And if someone even saved a system log files - even then all facts would show on me as an acting person.

Summary:1. Many times members of Pillagers faction doing illegal\harmful\bad things.
(Sir_Bertran, Silver, Kouton, DarkFox and many others unknown yet Pillagers members)
2. TS administrator (official position = "Server Admin") Sir_Bertran using administrators rights excess and abuse them while doing
totally unacceptable things (list above). Did it not once and not only here (proofs by request).
I have a public confirmation from one of pillagers members on the forum, what situation described in this post repeats regularly.
So I am asking for: 1. Officially Administration reaction for pillagers members behavior to prevent the recurrence of such behavior
2. removing administrative right from Sir_Bertran . The reasons - very seriously weight\danger and repeatedly of incidents.
Otherwise no one can be safe on this TS, while admins team have such persons.
It's totally unacceptable.
That's exceed all borders.
And hiding under other person name (and do smth bad from other person name) is a real crime btw.
I repeat - It's totally unacceptable.
Of course I understand what it's your TS and you are owner etc.
So I can only ask and hope for common sense.
