I'd love to have more players.  Requirements are: aspiration to greatness, able to follow orders of superiors, desire to have a lot of fun in Strategus and cRPG, not a troll, at a minimum tolerant of RP.  Oh, and everyone has to like you (yes, for now, just me).  Oh, and you have to fit the alignment.

No restrictions, besides things that are terribly mismatched.  Please don't wear Samurai hats with your plate, it just looks silly.

Builds

The Darini Warbands encourage diversity.  We want our members to have a wide range of skills, an army needs all sorts of weapons at its disposal.  We do, however, want to play strategus, and we want to do it without casualties.  Therefore, we require 1 shield skill of all melee builds.  Because seriously, it is one build point, and that old board shield will save us from a lot of casualties.

Organization

The Darini Warbands are plural.  We will be organized under a loose coalition system, members should find someone they feel comfortable fighting with and want to learn from and join their warband.  A warband could be organized around fighting style, all archer or shielders for example, or it could be mixed.  Any given warband may have restrictions on equipment within it, but there are no clan-wide requirements.  Every warband is semi-autonomous in Strategus.  They raise their own troops, their own equipment, and conduct their own business.  Attacks should be cleared through the clan as a whole, but in war, a warband is largely free to raid or engage the enemy as it wishes.  Only the leader of the Darini can gather the warbands for an attack, and generally this will only be done for major offensives.  All warbands are expected to merc for one another, and all will be part of the same training and tournaments in cRPG.

In the event of major decisions that will affect the entire clan, the decision will be made with the agreement of the leadership of all the warbands.  Should the leader of the Darini need replaced, the warband leadership will choose a replacement from among them.  If they cannot come to an agreement, they will continue to discuss it until they can.

Should When we take land, this should be the equivalent of a weak feudalism.

I had hoped to give the world a Darini strategus battle shortly, but what with the upcoming gold/equip wipe and all, that will have to be delayed.  We still lack the manpower to grind equipment up quickly.  Soon though, soon.

LOL.  Chaotic Neutral = you do whatever benefits yourself.

True Neutral is only a druid or some weirdo alignment dude.  You take no sides but try to keep the forces of good & evil in check of each other.

Ie a Druid is just as likely to attack human lumberjacks over harvesting forest as he is to kill goblins that over hunt forest creatures for food

Yes, Chaotic Neutral, because we are still in the first age and don't have many options at the moment.  This will be an evolving clan though, so that may change as time progresses.

Oh, and I have a brand new computer in the mail, heading to me.  So soon, my friends, we shall fight together once more.
