Equipment not being lost

Attacking and defending armies aren't losing gear.

Example:  Neutral castle has 1.5Mil worth of gear, gets attacked by army of 6k troops with 2Mil worth of gear.  Attacking army loses 4k troops and neutral castle loses 4500 troops, attacking army ends up with 3.5Mil worth of gear.

This has currently been exploited by Grey Order, Chaos, LLJK, anyone with a battle since the last patch.  Shame noone is reporting it.

It's been reported, but it's more so a shame that you're sitting here trying to pass some sort of self-righteous sentence on the clans who continued their daily activities within Strategus instead of ceasing to play the game after reporting said issue.

Well, I posted some time ago about motivation for battles. It is a good one. It balances out the shittiness of castles. To some extent.

Anyway, the silence is deafening in the Strategus Issues thread about this GIANT exploit, considering there have been 4-5 sieges.  You can get pissed off at me for calling you out, but I'm not the one exploiting.

I didn't understand why ppl were attacking caslte (no good recruit, no good money), now it makes sense.

I doubt too that there will be a rollback (it works in both way, gain or loose ressources by exploit/glitch/bug), may be attacking AI castle should be freeze for now.

Well, majority of clans is aware of that, look at the list of battles. I personally count on a new, fabulous and shiny patch (including economy etc.) that will have to include wipe.

also i'd like to add, i don't see any reason why the attackers wouldn't get the gear realistically, to the victor go the spoils and all that.

I told chadz about this a week ago, as soon as we discovered it after beating the Pecores at Hawaha. Specifically, it would appear the winner of the battle gets all the gear, and nobody loses any gear.

It's not that the attacker's should realistically lose the gear, its that none of it is lost during the battle.

Yeah, not like your vassal didn't launch a major offensive to take out Acre with thousands of very expensive horses that they lost approximately 0 of, you can't really claim the moral high ground here.
