as i lay in my bed last night thoughts about how to improove cRPG crossed my mind. i remembered somebody suggested body armor for horse.

i thought about: how would it be if you would be able to set skill points for your horse (maneuver, ironflesh, charge, speed) and if you could chose between diferent armors for your pony.

you buy an horse like the arabian warhorse it wil start with decent stats.
otherwise people wil do 50 hp horses.
10 speed.
150 manouver etc
and just make the more stats u put into your horse the more it costs

That means they would have to add MILLIONS of different horses! Remember that horses are ITEMS and not NPCs so for every single type of horse you could make, there would have to be an ingame item for it. Totally.not.possible!

That's what I was thinking. If each horse was it's on own item, how long between adding "skills" to the horse to picking out its armour etc, EVEN IF you could find a way to get this ingame, IMAGINE the loading time.

A better way would be to upgrade the horse using horse tack. ie different saddles, bit's, Martingale. which would increase different horse characteristics.

Lesson of the day.

NEVER EVER suggest anything unless you are  (A) a DEV or an Admin. (B) an popular, admired, well liked  player. or (C) you know someone (devs) or some other person with connections to dev and got support from him/her them.

Doesn't matter if you found a way to make cRPG as balanced and fun as it can be. Or RL Example. If you found a way to guarantee world peace. Doesn't matter if you made a 2 page post with valid points.

If you don't fill in any of those criteria above, your suggestion will be treated like utter garbage.
