You can give them to anyone you like just make sure you don't lose them (for yours sake not mine). Not that I really care about looms or c-rpg at this point...
I still might come back and ask you to give back those looms but as time goes on that's less likely to happen.
Sadly for me, I want more of c-rpg and I'm not sure can they fulfill my desires. Maybe in M&B 2 if they actually manage to create engine which resembles Total War Games (thousands of warriors fighting on the same battlefield).
Siiem is awesome btw, lets don't forget that!
