Standard, super accurate HA build. It's frustrating as hell for quite a long time (crappy archery, no horse, then crappy aim on a horse). But once you get to 3HA and level 28 or so it's pure win
You'll need to convert skill points to atrribute points in order to hit that wonderful 24 agility which allows that 4 HA.
However, it does lack strength. You're arrows won't do a huge amount of damage. More than adequate for knocking out people who are already injured. It's for this reason that Marathon (NA horse archer) recommends a 27/12 build. However, your accuracy will seriously suffer with this build:
