One word if nuffen becomes an admin again : dissillusion. At the very least.

What the dev team fails to realise is that bad (and I'm not targetting anyone in particular) admins will make people choose other servers, private servers run primarily by individuals and not donations.

I wish to warn them that even if the devs make this mod for free, donations are needed to keep the official servers up and running. In the end, they can't show too much disrespect towards the community, just as the community cannot ask too much from devs. Having nuffen back is going to make MANY people angry, so I would say it's better if he was officially banned from adminland, at least for a short time.

There was multiple things wrong with the admin abooze idea - they just didn't seem realistic i guess.

One of my main issues with this idea is that it tries to give the players a democratic power over the admins. The idea is nice, but the method is not very democratic. At the Nuffen vote, ~400 people voted. As far as i know, there are 2500 unique cd-keys(Players) playing cRPG per DAY.

Its not the people deciding then, its a minority.

People have the right not to vote, and not everyone plays on the EU servers. Why should NA players be able to vote on an issue that doesn't affect them in the slightest?

I have seen free wow servers ran from a Russian company stealing bank account info with less abuse of power.

This is quite some serious stuff here.

I shall install a board of inquiry immediately.

I shall put cmp, a man I trust fully, into the duty of leading this inquiry.

Let justice be served.

Troll me if you must but i saw the admin abuse section as a way to react to being treated unjustly, as something that was a fine adition and something that shouldnt be rediculed or taken down if it doesent suit someone. Ultimately the choice is yours, either there is a degree of democracy or a monarchy. I would like to believe that you wanted to do a good thing by making the admin abuse section

Dunno if he is to be trusted or not but I don't like him the slightest bit. Admins who respond to rude comments using similar words are bad admins, never get on the same level with rude people, even if in this case, rude boy was me

Vargas seems very good at what he does and also seems like a reasonable and nice person.

Just saying no is better than showing the cookie then eating it.

This would be it in a nutshell, that is if Nuffen gets his powers back which i belive is going to happen especialy when chadz commented how "this" (as stated here http://forum.c-rpg.net/index.php/topic,13770.375.html) is not a good thing. It would lead many people feeling bitter, i still hope this doesent happen

I am sure nuffen has learned his lesson. Give him powers back. Everyone who doesn't realize that is just misguided and needs reeducation.

Heh...

No one believed, not even Nuffen himself, that he will lose admin powers. Yet he lost admin powers.

Why are you so sure that he'll get them back?

I personally wouldn't mind that. He made a mistake, lost his admin powers and was ridiculed for few days (big portion of those done by me, I feel shame cause of that tbh).

But regardless what I, you or anyone besides devs say, they won't listen to it. That's the reason why they closed admin abooze thread. They don't want to let people to decide who's administrating and who's not. And it's their right to do so. And I agree with their choice.

I disagree. He has been nominated before, and multiple threads about him were made, there was a vote before Nuffen won by 1 point so that was a reasonable scare. However the pattern of behaviour  continued
