Olwen, you were one of the leaders, but stop acting like the entire clan revolved around your scrotum. Just as one of many examples, you weren't even fucking there when we took Reyvadin, despite starting the attack, and with really crappy equipment and not enough ladders to boot (or in a dozen of other fights, but whatever, we couldn't all be in every single fight. But for your own fief? Yeah that wouldve been nice).
All of the initial rules were made between you, Gnjus and me, if you proposed something completely against the goal of the clan (as you tried to do many times, as you were never fond of our neutrality), you got shot down. We were never an dictatorship ruled by the 3 leaders, if you remember that was one of the rules we agreed on. Anyone could command and propose deals, recruits, etc, and did. The leadership position was more a mark of seniority than anything else. We did have a veto on recruitment and as founders our word carried a lot of weight, but other than that we were as "powerful" as any of the other members.
