The reason given for banning Memento was "Teamkilling". I asked, "who did he teamkill?" and no response was ever given by Donkleaps, who I QML'd for leeching multiple times, but because he's an admin (I'm assuming that is why), it did not take.

Actually the reason for the ban was raging at the admin.  It was pretty bad and even mori will admit it was a pretty bad rage tirade with all sorts of personal insults and expletives and sexual references.  The other guy I can't comment on either way since I wasn't there and the logs to tell much but I did get to read everything Mori said and he deserved a ban.  Maybe not 3 days but yea he deserved a ban.

anyway, a couple days after he started being the lead admin or whatever, goretooth tried to permaban me for no reason, he (donkleaps) undid it but when i'm like so uh hey if you hadn't been here i'd be permabanned right now you know, are you going to do something, he just goes "WHATS DONE IS DONE ITS IN THE PAST" or some shit like that and then threatened to ban me when i told him that wasn't acceptable

Well goretooth is no longer an admin so I guess something happened. 

One thing I learned about Donk is just don't talk back to him in game.  Right or wrong that's just the type of person he is.  Take it to PMs the ban/unban forums or just the forums in general.  You can ask why you were banned/kicked/muted nicely in ichat and he's pretty responsive and polite to that, but most people who start getting agitated then start on this abooze or badmin tirade get banned pretty quickly.

Id much rather boycott them cause they lag like crap... even with a sub 100 ping i get alot of random lag.
