Team Wounding / Team Killing on NA_cRPG_1 server

Wasn't the only time he did this either, was attacking another cav player the previous round.

Caught him teamwounding at spawn again. 7 day ban because he was reported here and then kept doing it.

He was acting up earlier with ladders and I warned him, did not catch him doing this though
