Missing items ingame

I have realised these days that some items which i have in the website (some of them bought months ago) dont appear ingame.
So far Ive identified the old kite shield, heavy kite shield and heater shield (the 3 first shields i ever bought).
How can I get support for this?
EDIT: Other missing items are: sugarloaf helmet, scottish sword, pitch fork and pickaxe.
These are the last items that appear in my equipment screen on the website. Can it be that iI have too many objects and the last ones do not appear?

i guess there is a max number of items showing in-game, you can sell some items or you can save in equipment screen the items that don't appears.

That shouldn't be the problem. Some newly bought items DO appear.

Yes, it always shows the last bought items first. So if you got too many items (90 something) than the ones you bought first will not show up. Sell some that you don't use that much.

yep same for me but my MW highland completed went from my inven on the site so im quite pissed off

My wardrobe cries, but I'm quite happy with my heavy lance.
