The "night" thing was a great idea. Helps those people who have lives and responsibilities and other shit--not that I'm one of those people, of course.

The issue of time is one which seems to plague most real-time online games, particularly ones with large multinational communities. Alas, this issue is often deliberatly taken advantage of by players who care more about winning than allowing other players to have fun too. I fucking hate it when I hear "herp derp gonna scheduel a battle at 0300 so they can't defend therselves".

People won't stop thinking this way, of course, and the chances of us seeing the opposite idea become popular--that one should go out of ones way to scheduel a battle in which as many players as possible can participate--are tiny, what with people being the way they are.

I still think the map could've been at least 10-20   % bigger.
Yeah it's crowded as hell.

new patch allows you to define a timespan of 8h per day of no-attack. getting attacked during that time means the game is scheduled to the end of the 8h span.

we'll have to see how it works out.

Good idea. I am not kissing ass per se. It is that I know you get urinated on for every decision you make or not make--including me and my heirloom items--that I figured one positive comment couldn't hurt.

I like this, but could you change it to  have the same style the setting page has?

Code: [Select]
Enter the difference between your local and the current server time 20:47:29.
According to your current settings, the time where you live is: 14:47:29

and maybe add an extra line to the end so it looks like

According to your current settings, the time where you live is: 14:47:29, it will be night time from 08:00:00 to 16:00:00.

Why does it even allow you to choose less than 8 hours of protection?

Actually, does night time also prevents a player from attacking during that time ? Maybe that's the reason.
