Framerate Problems

Whenever I play Warband on my user I have it on max settings and it says Estimated Performace = 56%. When I join a game, the framerate is always really low. When I go to a different user on the same computer I start up the game and put on the same settings and it says Estimated Performance = 106%. When I join a server, the framerate is really high. Does anyone know why my user is "slower" than another one on the same computer. Does anyone have a solution to fix this?

I suppose it has to do with not having admin rights. But that's as far as i could guess.

Try right clicking and then Run As Administrator on the Warband shortcut, that's the only thing I could guess as well.

Yes. I'm the only one who uses the computer. But why would being administrator have to do with graphics problems?

That sounds really strange! Do the high performance User has the same background programs running than your low user?

Every user on my computer is administrator and has same level of privilages. I have 3 users.

I reinstalled Warband even and it still doesnt do anything.

No I cleared a lot of stuff, more than 100 GB and I have now less icons on desktop than the other users but it still lags.
