Getting none of my EXP applied to my char

So ive been in about 4mil worth of siege battles so far from what people i have played with have gotten and applied to their characters on the website..... and i've gotten absolutely nothing applied... whats the deal.

I wasn't aware that strat exp was even linking to the database. You sure you're not getting trolled?

I'm not normal and I don't pretend so, my approach is pretty much a bomb crescendo.
Death is a fun way to pass the time though, several little bullets moving in staccato.
