Too bad you don't see too many clans working together for anything other than Strat. I mean sure, you see one player here or a few there but not in any significant numbers. Whatever happened to clan tournaments? Someone should bring those back, make them a biannual thing, summer and winter tourneys.

To an extent. He actually texted me just today asking if I wanted to hop on native with him. Like DF though, he still only plays for maybe 10 min, and disappears for a couple days.

As for DF, I like to pretend the game never existed. The concept was there, but with terrible implementation and rampant cheating, the meta game and player experience was ruined very quickly. Once early EU grudges were carried out (my entire motivation really within Nemesis/Vamp was basically to destroy those who killed EU VG, something which I did accomplish before quitting), there really wasn't anything else left to do. As for DF 2.0, the thing is vaporware, plain and simple.

Thankfully, warband still offers "some" metagame, albeit a very weak one.

Community Battle server, ATS is usually rockin their mobile wall of spears and shields. It's pretty sweet to see them bulldoze through lol.

We've had a few rounds where we carry extra throwing and hide behind them while we throw.  Its nice when someone STOPS people from charging you as you're throwing from 10ft away.

Hi Legionnaires - thought id introduce myself and my clan. Kryser generously allowed me to use the D'Haran Banner for my own faction. It was the only one that I really liked.

Coming across the ruins of a burnt out village, rows upon rows of decapitated bodies stuck onto spikes, a mound of skulls still smouldering,  RandomDude spied the remains of a shield with a curious banner upon it.

Smiling grimly to himself he said. "Yes, this is just what I'm looking for. The peasants will be pissing their pants in fear just at the sight of it."

He ordered a banner to be made - a replica of the device upon the shield - and set out upon the road again.

I thought i might pop onto the NA servers sometime and kill some guys with you too.
