Strategus battle exp

How is it calculated? Is it similar to the old style of exp from kills or something more like the present per tick exp?

I would guess it is kill or ticket based.  THe times I've been sitting in village waiting for attackers exp wasnt much at all.  Times I was riding around morningstaring naked people in the face it was about x3 as much

However its calculated its still pretty crummy. I was in one castle siege with over 8,000 deaths and all I got was like 7,000 xp and this crappy t-shirt.

Was in a battle with around 1000 deaths yesterday and I got 69 xp.

I honestly only remember once seeing xp for a battle and it was something cute like 40 some odd... 48 I think?

Yeah really, bump the Strat exp already, its pathetically low.  Especially compared to Old Strategus, when an hour long battle usually netted me upwards of 4 million experience.. sigh..

On the 6500vs 4500 rebache battle I noticed 2 ticks, one for 1400exp and one for 800exp. Likely there were others but all in all quite low.

Are you guys actually checking your exp pre-strat battle and post-strat battle? It's really easy to miss the ticks since they get lost in the kill text. I think a lot of people are only noticing the last exp tick or something.

Also I'm not sure it has to do with individual kills. I suspect it has to do with overall kills that are happening. This would make sense if the goal was to prevent exp leeching by prolonging battles. Could be wrong though.

I do think the exp should be increased though.

i noticed in one battle that i apparently got about 800k exp.. (by holding c and checking while in battle) but when the battle ended and i checked website... nothing. not even 1xp.

I agree too, time to increase the xp gain in both large and small battles, playing strategus should award more xp than the normal crpg and as it is now it provides way less than a half xp of normal play

+1 getting 300 xp for a 200 vs200 is so crappy

Yeh, I got offically moved to rank 2 because I play more strategus battles where the xp is much much lower so the 2nd rank guy passed me with xp.  Would be nice to at least have a x1 minimum, seems silly to have less
