Possibly.... But the name being that exact.... and I dont think he is banned from the Ootl server? Possibly just from the Officials and ATS?

Yes, with the new servers the banlist got wiped and only some special persons where copied to the new list :>

So special individuals like Balton and CiD are now free UNLEASHED again. xD
