I am now level 31 and found increased risk of many, many maintenance
Is not to the 31 level, but not reincarnation, maintenance will likely surge?

Whether winning or losing, my horses have to repair, my God

Maintenance costs are free when you are Generation 1 and Level 25 or less. Any character level 26 or higher must pay maintenance. Any character Generation 2 or higher must pay maintenance.

The more WPF you have for a weapon the less chance of paying maintenance for it. Everything else has the same chance of breaking no matter what your level is.

If you retire, maintenance costs remain the same.
I'm not normal and I don't pretend so, my approach is pretty much a bomb crescendo.
Death is a fun way to pass the time though, several little bullets moving in staccato.
The terror of my reign will live on in infamy, singing when they die like a dead man's symphony.

Thank you, I was not a new player :)
Perhaps it is my bad luck :?

I would like to ask, what factors will lead to maintenance?
Defeat would lead to maintenance?
Death will lead to maintenance of horses?

It is a random chance per tick (a tick is everytime the game tells you that you gained experience and gold).
Neither death nor defeat effects maintenance, including horses.

Tears OD, does the amount of wpp affect the chance of repairs being need or does it also affect the cost of the repairs?  I have 70 wpp in xbow and I very often get hit with 700+ repair costs.

Only chance, repairs should be 7% of base item price (not counting arrows which are weird, and remember that heirlooms raise the cost but not the upkeep).

Thanks.  Is there any info about the relationship between wpp in xbow and the chance of repairs?

Yeah. The more wpf you have in a weapon type the less it should break.

Thank you. I was forced to think of this possibility, you do not know what I feel - one hour to spend forty thousand dollars

I believed that victory lower the chance of breaking?

Nope, unless that is something new.
