Gold/Exp Balancing

I read and thought a bit about this, since i joined a month ago. There wasn't a day, when this didn't came up in chat.
Till now i have made really a lot of gold with my 2 characters and i think those don't need anymore gold for equipment, they just need to heirloom them.
I was able to retire within 7-8 days playing 24/7 with 2 of my characters, which seems quite ok.

My suggestion would be.

- Keep a reduced gold/exp per minute gain but if you are dead, no more gold/exp. Keep the multiplyer for this.
- Additionally get Exp/gold depending what level char you kill in opposite to your own char level. (1000g|exp / player level)*killed player level. No multiplier for this.
- if tk, it is a little different, it is a fixed value, of -3000 gold and -3000exp, that you loose.
- increase the gear upkeep, from now 5(?)% to 10%
- lower the upkeep by 42%, if you survived the round.
- only upkeep for weapons that had been used or armor/bodyparts that had been hit.
