Can't run away from anyone, can't melee, can't hit anything.. Looks kinda bad build to me. I think at least 7 ath is a must if you aren't going to get any PS... Also that PD increases your missile speed, wich decreases your accuaracy a lot. Yeah, you might do more damage but hitting anything is going to be kinda hard. 6 PD should be just enough for any archer build, as that's the point where your arrows won't glance on most of the armor anymore + you can hit most of your arrows (unless you suck of course).
-As archer you are forced to use very light armour so you'll be able to outrun some people.
-As an archer with the hefty wpf penalty on bows you can't sacrifice much into melee and even with 0 PS you can deal damage thrust me.
-Can't hit anything? Please, I tried this build for a good amount of hours before even posting it here the reticule with 154 wpf is good, using light armour I won't get much or any penalties and the damage should be good even on body shots.
Athletics is good true but 7 ath is overkill.
I don't know much about archers but I'm pretty sure the PD penalty on archery has been lessened from before, now if I'm not mistaking you need around 10 wpf per PD extra on your bow or something like that to not have losses.
I'm going to wait for some more opinions from people to give it a final clause.
