Sure, I'm usually on one of the EU siege servers in the evening. Problem is, I can't really upkeep plate armor, a good helmet and GLB, so I usually die to overheads.

Quite decent build, but i'm not really sure if standard 18/18 isn't better. Playing finished build as lvl31 might be better as 21/18. For lvl30 build i'd rather go for 18/18 with 6 shield, 6wm, 5 ridding/power throw/ironflesh, Heirloomed side sword with it's insane damage do just fine with ps6 or even ps5. 18/21 on the other hand sound interesting, i might try it next time.

I use subpar equipment like Knightly Kite Shield, so it's not ultra competetive. It's awful that there is just one top tier infantry sword (and it's called side sword).

It's true... pretty much everyone either uses the side sword or the spammitar... with 80% of side swords

(Why did I heirloomed my knightly arming sword ? :( )

Because it's cool. Knightly arming sword is the best looking 1h sword, IMO. You get style points. Also, it's quite good, maybe not the best, but still decent.

It's decent cavalry sword, it's also capable on foot, more than SCS. It's good choice for horseman.

I sadly also have to use side sword, it simly outclass every other infantry sword :(

I don't really get it. Why is the sidesword so much better (insane damage like you said)? It has 32 cut, it's just 1 less than knighty arming sword.

Test-build for me on my newly retired char - 1h/shield again, so it's back to the roots, but never tried this build:

Decent build, almost always in top 5 of scoreboard again now. No Side Sword, no Scimi, just my Masterwork Nordic Champion's Sword (36c/24p) coupled with a huscarl shield. :O

Finally hit 31 on Saturday for the first time since the patch.  It's fun being level 18 again and being forced to try blocking a little more often to survive.  Here was my build, probably gonna switch it up next round though:
