The polearm there is for horsey use (eg lance) and infantry pike-in-yar-face-before-you-can-see-it mode.
Might sacrifice some athl. for an extra horsey point.

i like it tho i prefer more specced builds (like 21/18).

i'm trying 15/24 with 5ps 8riding 8wm 4ath but on foot is squishy. on horse btw, with 8 riding can outrun easly gankers and it's a good HA interceptor.

Pike, Long Bardiche or English Bill for weapon. Lordly studded leather over mail, rus cav boots, helmet with lamellar guard and mail gauntlets for armor. Ridiculously good build. Only fails when you face a significant amount of enemies at once, alone.
