Yeah the same thing happened on another server to some guy, he had a horse and was top killer of all the people, they said he was cheating but it was just his skill i could tell, then some guy made a poll to ban him because he was top killer and noone could kill him, just because he was on his horse. I asked whats the point the guy is just on a horse and hes a really good fighter and I also said who will even agree to this? Then apparently the majority did.
It was a month ago and i once accidentaly tk'ed him and everyone still thought he was invincable. So i agree with this, those people should never be given any power of banning/kicking  just the game admins and moderators. (hey its medevil no peasents had a right, just the kings/and some other people  )
