The NA servers require your help!

 Hey everyone, Nindur from ATS here. The days of January are flying by and we will soon be at the months end, to most of you that means little but to some of us that means it's time to make sure we have quality servers to play on.

The NA siege server, the NA 80 man, and maybe most importantly the NA strategus server require donations to keep them going this month!! So if you are able to donate I urge you to do so! Anything from 5 cents to 1000 dollars (I can dream)  helps!

Also I would like to leave you with a brief explanation of the easiest way to donate. I have overheard some people saying they would like to donate but they are weary of using their credit card or banking information online. My friends I would like to introduce you to www.paypal.com! Paypal is the worlds foremost authority on secure Internet transactions! Trusted by every company from eBay to MasterCard paypal will take the payment from your credit card or bank account and then send the money to where ever you choose. In the event that something bad ever did happen you would be protected through paypal and depending on the situation you would usually be given your money back if it was an illegitimate transaction or scam. I have personal experience with this and I love it!

So if you can please send any donations to [email protected], and keep in mind that we depend on your donations to keep all our NA servers running for everyone to enjoy and to the strat factions: who wants to siege a castle on EU ping?! So let's get together and do this, let's keep the NA servers strong!

From what I remember (haven't checked in awhile), Paypal takes 30 cents for any donations less than 15 dollars so if you choose to donate I'd advise against the 5 cent minimum.  I too thought it would be funny donating pennies to people once, until someone told me I'm not actually giving them anything.

i have heard so many horror stories from people, including minecraft dev about third party companies taking money then refusing to pay, i want nothing to do with that.

You have more of a chance to get scammed at a gas station that by being scammed by Paypal...

is there an error with the NA siege server?
i get Incorrect Authorization Key when i try to connect, I play on it all the time this happened to me last night and today now
i can connect to the EU servers with no problems
i love the NA Siege and when i get some cash would be more than happy to donate

Edit: don't fear Paypal I've been using it for many years and i have never had a problem with them

I would donate some money, if you could send cash through the mail. I just dont trust using credit cards on computer, (Viruses, fake site, etc.) Even if it looks real and is real and money is donated, if a virus comes on my computer it can still get that information from the computers recorded history. (may not be real but im not taking that chance)

Using ChipIn or something similar would be a neat way of monitoring the donations like that.

I have donated using this paypal in the past to keep the NA servers up. You won't get scammed. It's all good.

If we can get everyone who frequents the NA servers to donate like a buck or two, the servers will be maintained and possibly expanded.

They are both maintained by the same person, on the same server box, who is an ATS member. If ATS doesn't pay for their side, the other NA server goes down too.

I know the Hospitaller/ATS server, but I was referring to the Fallen server :P And isn't there a Blood server, or something like that?

I think it would be cool if we could actually send in the money to an address.
For example, let's say I'm a 12 year old kid and my mom doesn't want to give money to some  "random guy"  . I could write a beautiful letter to this "random guy" saying how awesome this game is and how much I love to play it. With that letter, I can attach my 20$ I saved up from Christmas and mail it in.
If not, I'll just send my money to Gash.

I agree. My parents wouldn't let me donate to something using PayPal (or send a letter, probably). Otherwise, I would donate to A server.
