Check out the various clans out there, I'm sure there's one that will suit your needs
ATS is a Spartan based clan on Strategus battles. They employ lots of shielding tactics and spears in their gameplay. Use of cavalry is wide with them lot, too.
CHAOS is a clan based on pragmatism and cool-ness. We don't really have a "uniform" perse, but our mismatch armor lends us the look of raiders and such. It's a good crew, so come check us out!
Blackrose are a knight-ish based clan. Good people, good fighters.
Sovereignty of Aegis is a NA/EU clan, the NA side is going pretty strong, and they have some decent fighters.
Templar are an EU clan, but they're looking to expand into the NA region. If you're into a leadership position with the clans, you might consider looking into these guys.
Bloodseeker are vampires. Or something.
Eastern Tsardom are a Russian themed clan. Force of very capable fighters. Personally, I've not seen them function as the head of the dragon, so I wouldn't know what kind of structure they have, or if they use it.
Hospitallier use lots of cav. They have a few of the better cavalrymen in NA (TommyHu and TommyByFire). They use shields, 2h and cav.

Obviously, these aren't all the clans out there in NA. I'm just listing the ones I can think of off the top of my head.
