Typically 18 years old is the age requirement, we are mainly an NA clan, but we have some EU (and other players from around the world as well). In strategus we are going to be on the NA side of the map again.
There's no level or skill requirement to join, just looking for somewhat active people who join our teamspeak when they're playing c-rpg. The process basically consists of: anyone can choose to become a conscript for the clan. They ideally join our teamspeak and play a few nights of the week in c-rpg with us. The first week or two (depending on how active you are), is for you to decide if you like the faction. If you do and hopefully make some connections with active players, someone will offer to make you a squire. This week or two process will then determine if the faction (and your sponsor) thinks you are a good fit for the faction, and after that time has expired the officers will usually give a yay or nay vote on accepting you into the clan. If you're pretty active and not a douchebag, or someone who has to always hear the sound of themselves talking, then you will most likely make it into the clan.
We're looking for every type of class of character as well, because balanced armies are the best armies.
