If you want to kill peasants in 10 shots (no doubt an exaggeration) but none the less this would be a particularly useless build but no doubt fun for a short while.

If you want to be a kiting SoB and irritate everyone while shooting them for 5% of his/her health every time, yes.

From what I remember with 1 PD and the short bow the WPF seemed to cap at I think 150, I could be wrong but I swear I remember something like that and with the Tatar bow with 4 PD the WPF capped at 170 or so.

Better of going 7-30 with a light xbow's pierce damage and reload as fast as  a longbowman draws his arrow  or even better a 1 powerthrow stone/shuriken spammer - far more annoying and does more damage than an equivalent archer and more spammable.

if you are VERY accurate you can actually 1shot headshot ALOT of people with a quick low dmg bow.  Remember ranged attack to head is 210% dmg

prioritize targets by who is not wearing or wearing light head protection!

I dont know if it's really possible to get the ultimate archer spamer build.

If you go for a lot of agi, you wont do any damage and you'll have to aim perfectly to have some fun. (Remember that PD helps with the reticule a bit)

If you dont have at least 5PD and 150WM in archery, it is going to be hard for you to hit even at medium range.

10 or even 12 ath is verry nice is you like to get close to the action and it's probably the funniest skill of them all but since you'll need to be close to do any dmg, go for throwing.

I use bodkins with 1 PD and can stun scale/mail armour. Not plate. But i can stun 80% of the people. Which is cool, since it annoys people. Which makes me succeed in my build because i am a HA.
