Trying to do a little horse trading and eventually end up with the Nordic War Sword. I've never seen one on the marketplace so far.

I've gotten every trade I've ever wanted (1:1 even trade) by just putting up the offer and leaving it there.  Someone always takes it eventually.

I'm sure that wouldn't work for crappy items (+3 stones for +3 heavy throwing axes) but for normal, reasonably popular items its been no trouble and generally happens within a week.
