We didnt do as well as usual yesterday, which I think was due to the lack of combined arms. I'm starting to think maybe whoever has highest PS has to carry Mallet backup. I'm starting see why Rorik likes his 1h/2h build, hes damn versatile.
I won't lie, there are times, quite a few, where I feel absolutely gimped. HOWEVER, I realize, and that's partially why I created it, that my build is definitely for support roles or group tactics. In all honesty, I created it mostly because of my research and reading how Varangian Rus were of course known for their 'barbaric axes' but also for their unquestionable skill as swordsman as well. Anyway, I can hold my own in a number of situations, but yes, in groups, it really shines where it is rather versatile.
